A very quick prequel about how three fairies put the character of two destined love-birds to the test. It didn't really grab me though, being a rehash of the cutesy/Disney without really giving me much to go on. Maybe a good companion story with nice enough fluffy writing, but not quite the hook I was hoping for. Beautiful cover though, and there's the promise that the actual story isn't just the good ol' Disney tropes as it's set in the 1980s rather than miscellaneous bucolic history.-I
